Our mission is to be disciples of Jesus Christ, loving God and loving neighbors, according to Jesus’ Great Commandment in Matthew 22: 34-40.
We are a congregation that warmly welcomes EVERYONE to join us in worship, service, and study. We welcome EVERYONE, regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, or background. No matter who you are, you can find a church home here!
Presbyterians have a strong belief in God’s grace. God has lovingly offered everyone salvation through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is not something to be earned by being “good enough.” We are solely saved by the grace of God.
We have two sacraments: Lord’s Supper and Baptism. The Bible is central to our faith. Mission is a key part of who we are as disciples of Jesus Christ.
Ours is a Reformed theology and we have a representative government with active leadership of church members alongside pastors.
We are a member of PC(USA), Synod of the SUN, and Eastern Oklahoma Presbytery. We began worship services at Ator Elementary in 1983. After purchasing land at our current site on the corner of 129th and 85th St. N (not much here at the time!), construction began on our building, and we have been growing and changing ever since. We have plans to expand with the addition of a new sanctuary, and convert our current sanctuary into a multipurpose space for fellowship and meetings.
