Bring to the church or deliver directly to the school.

                                             Volunteer opportunities include:

          -  Readers to go into the classroom to read to/with children needing remedial help
          -  Mentors to meet one on one with a child to work on particular subjects in which
             the child is struggling.
          - Teacher Assistants to be assigned to a particular class to assist as the teacher
            directs
          - Gardeners for the "outdoor classroom"
          - Office assistance to decorate bulletin boards, do copying, laminating, etc.
          - Tuesday evening tutoring 600 to 800 PM at the church.

Volunteers need to commit to a one or two (or more) hours weekly on a regular basis.

Call the Church Office: 272-1063 to volunteer.

Day Center for the Homeless: We frequently collect supplies of clothing, food, and household articles
to support their ministry to the homeless and their efforts to encourage clients toward independent living.

Meals on Wheels: Several of our members work in the Owasso component, delivering hot meals to homebound
people five days a week.  A frozen meal is also delivered on Friday, so clients will have a meal on Saturday.  Meals
on Wheels is funded entirely by donations from churches, grants, and a couple of fundraisers.  Any money you can contribute will be greatly appreciated.   Also, we are always in need of additional drivers.

Please contact Floyd Stevens 272-2623 for more information or to volunteer.

Owasso Community Resources assists almost 3,000 people annually with utility, rent, prescriptions and other financial aid, as well as food, clothing, and toys at the holidays.

spending an average of $75.00, per child.  Bikes, dolls, games and toys, as well as shoes, socks, shirts, jeans
and coats were among the items requested and supplied

Eyeglasses Needed: Primary Eye Care needs your donations for the OU School of Medicine, the Lions Club,
